All fees collected from visiting guest players contribute directly to maintaining and improving the facilities for the benefit of all members of the Sunshine Tennis Club.
CONDITIONS FOR VISITORS USING THE SUNSHINE TENNIS CLUB
- All visiting guest players must be accompanied by a registered member of the Club.
- It is the responsibility of the Club member to collect the visitor fees prior to the visiting
player entering the Courts. Fees are to be deposited into the visitor’s fee box prior to play. - Fees are to be placed in an envelope with the visiting player’s name and date of court use
shown on the envelope. The envelope should then be placed in one of the boxes in the
following locations:
- Tennis Club Mail Box – Next to the Office Door in the Howrah Recreation Center.
- Court 4 Seat Box – At end of the seat located on Court 4 (Box is cleared daily).
Envelopes are provided.
IMPORTANT: Please do not leave cash payment for membership fees in these boxes. - The Club undertakes regular audits to ensure visitor fees are paid. This is done to ensure
fairness to full paying members. - Members with Single Memberships MUST pay Visitors Fees for other family members.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
| 6. Your Committee reserves the right to deactivate court access passes with no refund payable if a Member allows their visitor(s) to use our courts without first paying the appropriate fee. The responsibility lies with the Member, not the visitor. This rule must be strictly adhered to to protect the rights of our financial Members. |
